就職や進路に関するさまざまな質問、相談を受け付けています。
他の人に話すことで、自分の考えが次第に明確になります。悩みを自分一人でかかえこまないで話してみましょう。
面談では、エントリーシートや履歴書の内容についても確認することができます。
■現在は、対面形式とZoomによるオンライン形式で実施しています。

Feel free to ask various questions about employment and career paths.
By discussing your plans with others, your thoughts will gradually become clearer. Don’t struggle by yourself; come and talk with us. During the session, you will also be able to review your application forms and resume.
■We are currently offering face to face/online consultation with Zoom.

個別相談利用案内／Guide for Individual Consultations

• 利用方法：予約制／Usage Guidance：By appointment only
  ※予約受付期間は3日前から当日朝8：00までです。「キャリアセンターシステム」にてWeb予約してください。
  ■英語または中国語での相談を希望する場合■学生番号、氏名、希望する時間枠を明記して、メールで予約してください→
  宛先：career-co[at]sophia.ac.jp
  
  ※Appointments can be made online via the Career Center System from 3days in advance until 8:00AM on the day of the consultation.
  ■For Consultation in English or Chinese■please make an appointment by sending e-mail to ” career-co[at]sophia.ac.jp ” with your student number, name and preferred open spot.
  
  
• 場 所：キャリアセンター内個別相談ブース／Location：Individual consultation booth in the Career Center
  
  
• 時 間：月～金曜日 13:00-16:40（時間枠：①13:00～13:40、②14:00～14:40、③15:00～15:40、④16:00～16:40）
  ※3～4月は10:00-16:40／時間枠：10:00～10:40、11:00～11:40も設定（11:30-12:30は昼休み）。
  
  Time：Monday-Friday 13:00-16:40（Open Spots: ①13:00～13:40、②14:00～14:40、③15:00～15:40、④16:00～16:40)
  ※From March to April, 10:00-16:40／Additional Open Spots: 10:00-10:40, 11:00-11:40 are available.
  
  
• 相談時間：1回最長40分／Appointment Time：Up to 40 minutes per appointment
  
  
• 対応言語：日本語・英語・中国語／Languages：Japanese, English, and Chinese
  
  
• 費 用：無料／Cost：Free
  
  
• 予約は相談日の3日前から可。申込は1人最大週2回まで。
  Appointments can be made 3days in advance of the consultation. It is possible to apply up to twice a week.
  
  
• 面談時間を有効活用するため、予め相談したいことを整理しておきましょう。
  In order to make the most of your session, be sure to prepare in advance and know what you want to discuss.

• 何から就職活動を始めたらいいのか知りたい。
  “I want to know where to start in my job search.”
  
  
• エントリーシートを客観的な視点から見てもらいたい／面接の練習がしたい。
  “I want my application form to be reviewed from an objective point of view / I want to practice my interview.”
  
  
• 留学する予定だが、就職活動のスケジュールの立て方について知りたい。
  “I am planning to study abroad and would like to know how to plan my job search schedule.”
  
  
• 就職活動に行きづまっているので突破口を開きたい。
  “I’m having trouble finding a job and need help.”
  
  
• 進学か就職か悩んでいる。
  “I’m debating if I should go to graduate school or get a job.”
