Issuing by certificate issuance machine is for current students only. Students currently enrolled in Sophia’s graduate programs who want to apply for their undergraduate certificates, please refer to “Graduation / Graduate / Retired Persons”.

Service hours：9:00～17:00 (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays and university holidays)

In case of needing seal of certificate / transcript issued by the automatic certificate issuing machine, please come to Academic Records Section Academic Affairs Center <Building No. 2 1F>.
