Sophia January Session 2023 will be held online

*The program will be cancelled when we have fewer than 30 participants.
*If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, we will conduct an additional selection screening among the applications. In order to maintain diversity of participants, number of participants from one university may be limited. Please understand there is a possibility that one cannot participate even when meeting the criteria.
A current student or graduate of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree program outside of Japan – including but not limited to Sophia partner institutions.

Program Fee and Payment
|1 Course||JPY 122,000*|
|3 Courses||JPY 258,000*|
Note: Tuition fee-only. Other costs such as textbook fees are not included.
The payment instruction will be announced in the acceptance notice*.
Accepted payment methods:
-credit card (VISA/Mastercard)
*Designated deadline for the payment is one week from the day acceptance notice is sent.
*Only upon completion of the payment, an applicant can secure a spot to participate in the program.Payment must be completed by the designated deadline, or the application itself will be cancelled.
*Applicant will be placed into each course on a first-come-first-served basis of the payment completion.
No refund will be made once the payment has been completed.
This includes cases such as the following:
-If you cancel a course after the payment is complete, refund of the fee difference will not be made.
-If you cancel the program participation, no refund will be made.
There is no scholarship available to short-term program participants.
