Tuition reduction

In a case that falls under any of the following items, the amount of tuition and fees will be reduced.

(1)Where “Request for Leave of Absence” is permitted.

(2)Where a student wishes to his/her study abroad beyond one year and the permission is granted.

(3)Graduation postponement On and after fifth year (Undergraduate excluding those whom entered Faculty of Liberal Arts on or before Academic year 2019)

—For those whom entered on or before Academic year 2018

The amount of tuition and fees for one year will be reduced automatically in either of the two cases.
(a)Those who have been enrolled in the University for 3.5 years or longer, excluding the period of leave of absence or suspension from the university, at the beginning of a new fiscal year and have less than 12 credits to graduate.
(b)Those who have been enrolled in the University for 3.5 years or longer, excluding the period of leave of absence of absence or suspension from the university, at the beginning of a new fiscal year and have less than 12 credits to graduate.

—For those whom entered on and after Academic year 2019

The amount of tuition and fees will be reduced automatically per semester in either of the two cases. Application for a reduction is not necessary.
(a)Those who have fulfilled residence requirements, excluding the period of leave of absence of absence or suspension from the university, and have less than 12 credits to graduate.
(b)Those who have been enrolled in the University longer, excluding the period of leave of absence of absence or suspension from the university, and have less than 12 credits to graduate.

(4)Graduation Postponement on and after third year in the Master’s Program, on and after forth year in the Doctoral Program (Graduate Programs excluding Juris Doctor Program)

The amount of tuition and fees will be reduced automatically per semester. Students who meet all of the following conditions.
(a)Those who have been studying beyond the standard residence requirement.
(b)Those who have satisfied the prescribed requirements stipulated in the graduate program except master’s thesis, graduation project or doctoral dissertation.

(5)Graduation postponement for Juris Doctor Program
