在学中、いつでもご入会いただけます。
入会をご希望の方は、下記の通り、入会の手続きをお願いいたします。

We welcome your application for membership at any time during your enrollment.
If you wish to join, please follow the application procedure outlined below.

《入会手続きの流れ / Membership Application Process》

①入会申込WEBフォームへの入力・送信 / Fill out and submit the membership application web form

こちらの入会申込WEBフォームに必要事項をご入力の上、送信ください。
ご入力際には、今一度入力内容をご確認のうえ送信ボタンを押してください。

Kindly fill out the required information in the membership application web form and submit it.
Before submitting, please double-check your entries for accuracy.

②会費のお振込 / Payment of membership fee

会費は一律16万円です。この金額はお子様の在学期間中の金額です。
所定の振込依頼書または銀行のＡＴＭ、インターネットバンキングにて、下記口座にお振込みください。
大変恐縮ですが、振込手数料のご負担をお願いいたします。

The membership fee is a flat rate of 160,000 yen. This amount covers the entire period your child’s enrollment at the university. Please transfer the fee to the account below using the designated bank transfer form, an ATM, or internet banking. We kindly ask that you bear the bank transfer fee.

※本会へのご寄付は所得税法における「寄付金控除」の対象とはなりませんので、ご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
※Please note that donations to this association are not eligible for tax deductions under the Income Tax Act.

③会員証の受領 / Receipt of Membership Card

上記①②が完了しましたら、事務局から会員証を郵送いたします。
この会員証はお子様の在学期間中有効です。
紛失等で再発行を希望される場合は、下記事務局までご連絡ください。

※会員証の送付にあたりましては、ご入力いただいた入会申込webフォームに記載された保証人様欄の住所宛にお送りいたしますが、その後の後援会から会員の皆様宛の送付物につきましては、大変恐縮でございますが、便宜上、別途大学登録の保証人様住所宛に送付させていただきますので、よろしくお願いいたします。
※保証人住所の変更をご希望の場合は、お子様にLOYOLA（学生用ポータルサイト）から保証人住所の変更手続きをするよう依頼してください。

※Regarding the delivery of the membership card, it will be sent to the guarantor’s address provided in the membership application web form. However, please note that future mailings from the parents’ association to members will be sent to the guarantor’s address registered with the university. We appreciate your understanding.
※If you wish to change the guarantor’s address, please ask your child to complete the address change procedure via LOYOLA (Student web portal ).
