Consulting (how to seek advice)
Consulting Offices
Appointments for harassment-related consultations on campus can be made with the Consulting Office or the Harassment Consultant.
The Consulting Office will provide information on all procedures and advice as to which Consultant to consult with, as well as listen to your problem. Consultations can be requested and inquiries regarding procedures may be made via the online forms available on the official University website. However, as a general rule, consultations should be conducted in a place where privacy is protected.
If you wish to see a medical expert instead of the Consulting Office and Consultants, please make an appointment at the Health and Wellbeing Center(Health Services) in advance (tel:03-3238-3396).

Consultation appointment requests and inquiries received outside the office hours of university administration, such as on Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, summer recess and New Year holidays, will be taken care of on the next business day.
(*) A “specified entrusted business operator” is a party that has been entrusted with a business outsourcing contract by our school corporation(our university) and meets any of the following criteria.
(1) An individual who does not employ employees.
(2) A corporation that has no other directors other than a single representative and does not employ any employees.
A third person whose advice has been sought by the complainant or who knows the details of the incident of harassment may also make a request for consultation. However, please note that only the person who was harassed can apply for mediation or file a complaint when the problem cannot be resolved by consultation.
From the receipt of an request for consultation until assistance is provided to the consulter, all information related to consultations will be kept in strict confidence, and the privacy of the consulter shall be protected.
Request for consultation will be accepted at the following offices:
