2025年度「新入会員歓迎会」を開催します

2025年4月1日（火）上智大学入学式当日に、上智大学後援会主催の「新入会員歓迎会」を開催いたします。新たに会員となられた皆さまに是非ご出席いただきたく、ご案内申し上げます。
2025年度上智大学後援会「新入会員歓迎会」のご案内

1. 開催日時：2025年4月1日（火） 17：00～18：30
2. 開催形式：対面方式（飲食あり）
3. 会 場：上智大学四谷キャンパス2号館5階学生食堂
4. 対 象：2025年4月にご入学される新入生のご父母・保証人で、後援会に新規入会されたご父母・保証人
5. 大学側出席者：上智学院理事長、上智大学長、学部長、学科教員 他

【その他・申込締切日等について】
◆ご父母・保証人は2名様までの入場とさせていただきます。（※学生本人の入場は不可）
◆本歓迎会にご参加いただくには、事前に本後援会にご入会いただく必要があります。入会手続きにつきましては、別途郵送にてご案内の「上智大学後援会のご案内 ご父母が支える上智の学び」をご覧ください。
◆ご出席いただける場合は、3月19日（水）までに下記Web申込フォームにてお申込みください。

Sophia University Parent’s Association will be holding the “New Member Welcome Party” for the fiscal year 2025.

On April 1, 2025 (Tuesday), the day of the entrance ceremony of Sophia University, we will hold the “New Member Welcome Party” sponsored by Sophia University Parents’ Association as follows. We would like to invite all new members to attend.

1. Date and Time: April 1, 2025(Tuesday) 17:00 – 18:30
2. Format: Face-to-face (with food and drinks)
3. Venue: Sophia University Yotsuya Campus Building 2, 5th Floor Student Cafeteria
4. Target: Parents and guarantors of new students who will be enrolled in April 2025, and parents and guarantors who have newly joined the Parents’ Association
5. Attendees from the University: Chairman of the Sophia School Corporation, President of Sophia University, Deans, Faculty members, etc.

【Other Information / Application Deadline】
◆ Please note that for each new student, up to two parents/guarantors will be allowed to enter.
(※This party is specially for parents and guarantors. Students are not allowed to join.)
◆ To participate in this welcome party, you need to join the Parents’ Association in advance. For membership procedures, please refer to the separately mailed “Information on Sophia Uiversity Parents’ Association – Parent-Supported Learning at Sophia”.
