• The locations of certificate machines on campus have been updated as follows:
  Yotsuya Campus
  ・Building No. 2, Basement Level 1 of Building No. 2, in front of Kinokuniya Bookstore
  ・Building No. 9, Basement Level (Inside Active Commons Lounge)
  
  【Important】Certificate applications and payments cannot be made at the machines. Please complete your application and payment in advance via the Certificate Issuance Service (Online Application).

User Guide

• Issuance via On-Campus Certificate Machines
  You cannot apply for or pay for certificates at the on-campus machines. Please complete your application and payment in advance via the Certificate Issuance Service (Online Application).
  For details on how to apply, please refer to Certificate Issuance Service (Online Application) page.
  ＊Cash payment is not available at the machines. Please complete your application and payment in advance.
  ＊Certificates must be printed within 7 days of application.
  ＊Available for both current students and graduates/former students.

• How to Print
  A “Campus Print Number” will be sent to your registered email address.
  Enter this number into the certificate machine to print your certificate.
  For details, please refer to the User Manual (PDF).
  Student ID card is not required for printing.

• Operating Hours　
  9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Weekdays only; closed on weekends, national holidays, and university closure days)
  ＊Support for machine issues (e.g., paper jams) is available until 5:00 PM. Please use the machines before 5:00 PM whenever possible.
  ＊Machines may be shut down at 5:00 PM for maintenance.
  ＊For suspension dates during summer/winter breaks and university closure periods, please refer to the Certificate Issuance Suspension Schedule.
