Sophia University Graduation Ceremony for Undergraduate Faculties, Graduate Programs and Course of Midwifery in March 2025 will be held as below.

1. The Graduation Ceremony for Undergraduate Faculties, Graduate Programs and Course of Midwifery

(1) DATE:

 Monday, March 24, 2025

(2) VENUE:

 TOKYO GARDEN THEATER (Location: Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo)
* It will be held at the same venue for Undergraduate Faculties, Graduate Programs and Course of Midwifery.
* The ceremony will be live streamed on YouTube.

(3) TIME SCHEDULE

* Ceremony for all Faculties, all Graduate School and Course of Midwifery will be held at one time.
Doors open at 10:00 a.m. / Ceremony begins at 11:00 a.m. / Close at 12:30 a.m.（to be determined）

(4) Admission Ticket to the Ceremony

Only one parent or guarantor will be allowed to apply per each student.
Those attending the graduation ceremony at Sophia University, including students, parents, and guarantors, are required to register in advance and receive the admission ticket (QR code) through the ticket application system.
On the day of the ceremony, please present the admission ticket (QR code) at the entrance. The application site is scheduled to open on Friday, February 28, 2025.

＜Notes＞
・Parents/guarantors are asked to apply only for those who can definitely participate.
・If you find out that you are unable to participate after obtaining the ticket, please be sure to cancel.
・The admission tickets for graduate students and parents/guarantors are different. The reception on the day will also be at different entrances for students and parents/guarantors, so please bring your own admission ticket when you visit.
・Students and parents/guarantors will be seated in different areas. Please note that you cannot sit in the same area.
・It will be crowded just before the ceremony starts. Please enter the venue 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
・Please note that there are no waiting rooms or lounges at the venue.
・If you require special assistance or need to be accompanied due to specific circumstances, please consult the General Affairs Group in advance.
※Please be sure to inform your parents/guarantors of the above contents.

2. Faculty/Graduate School/Course Meeting

Date:  Monday, March 24, 2025

Venue:  Sophia University, Yotsuya Campus

Time: 14:30 p.m. ～（to be determined）

Degree certificates will be distributed at the Department/Graduate School meetings.

The start time may be later than 2:30 p.m. for some graduate schools. As soon as the time is determined, it will be announced on this page. As to the classroom, please check the announcement in LOYOLA to be posted at a later date, as well as the ceremony manual to be distributed on the day of the event.

3. Commencement Service (in Japanese)
