Participants are to choose one of the following options – a minimum of 1 course and a maximum of 3 courses*:

Participants can obtain the maximum of 6 credits upon successful completion of each course.

-Total number of hours per course: 23 hours and 20 minutes
*The total number of study hours throughout the January Session would differ among the participants, depending on the number of courses one takes.
About 20-40 participants per class.
Number of available courses may vary depending on the number of overall participants.
Grading and Transcript
Participants will be graded according to the following table:

B | 89–80 | Good | 3 |
C | 79–70 | Satisfactory | 2 |
D | 69–60 | Passing | 1 |

F | 59 and under | Failure | 0 |
Each Grade is assigned a weight called The QUALITY POINT INDEX (QPI).
The number of credits of a course multiplied by QPI is the grade point (GP) of that course.
Transcript
An official transcript will be issued upon a successful completion of the program.
The transcript is available in hard copy only, and will be post mailed to the designated address by the end of February.
Credit Transfer
Participant expecting to transfer credits to another institution should seek for prior approval by the institution to which they wish to transfer the credits to. The syllabus and study hours will be helpful during the process.
