  • Notice of Suspension of Certificate Services During Winter Recess

    Winter Recess: December 23, 2025 (Tue) – January 4, 2026 (Sun)
    During the above period, the university will be closed for winter recess, and no administrative services will be available.
    On-campus certificate issuing machines will also be out of service.
    Applications received during this period will be processed sequentially from January 5 (Mon).

    [Important Notes]
    ● Student Travel Discount Certificate (Current Students): On-campus issuing machines will be out of service during the recess. Please obtain your certificate by 5:00 p.m. on December 22 (Mon).
    ● Convenience Store / On-campus Issuing Machines Certificates must be issued within 7 days after application; otherwise, the application will become invalid.
    ● Certificate Delivery by Mail Applications submitted on or after December 22 (Mon) will be shipped after January 5.
    ● New Use Registration / Additional Student ID Number Applications for those with multiple student IDs will be reviewed and approved after January 5 (Mon).
  • Certificate Issuance Service

    Starting in September 2025, we have launched a new certificate issuance service. Various types of certificates can be requested and paid for online through this service. Certificates can be printed at multi-function copy machines located in convenience stores in Japan, including Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson. In addition to convenience store printing, certificates can also be received by postal mail or sent as digital certificates (PDF format) via online delivery.
  • ■ Academic Transcripts Including Autumn Semester 2025 Grades
    Available from March 16, 2026.
    ■ Graduation Certificates for Students Graduating in March 2026
    Available from March 16, 2026.
    ■ Certificates of Expected Graduation
    Available from the first day of classes in the final academic year.
    For students admitted in the spring semester: From April 13, 2026
    For students admitted in the autumn semester: From September 28, 2026
